The primary activity for the evening will be a “Fitting” opportunity for Voler clothing… The Voler Rep will be present as well to answer questions etc…
This will be the only opportunity for members to try on the clothing before the ordering link opens up for members on Monday Sept. 17th… The link will close three weeks later on Oct. 8th…
The Voler Rep (Jeff Herring) says he will be at the meeting by 6 PM so anyone who can make it by then can get the fitting out of the way before the meeting officially starts at 7 PM…
The meeting should be over by 8 PM at the latest…

obviously we want as many members as possible to participate… we know that regardless of the date chosen not everyone will be available … that said it helps to get your feedback so we can pick the best date for the most members… Thanks for your help…
New Members
Another reminder that if you know of people who are interested in being a member this is the perfect time to get them signed up:
They are eligible to order a Club Uniform, to be in the club picture, and attend the club banquet in January…
Current Members:
It is also not too early for all of our current members to turn in renewal membership applications for the 2014 year as well… you may order the kit prior to turning in your 2014 membership application and dues but…
…remember that the 2014 Club Kit is available to all members who are current as 2014 members… as of the delivery date…
…so while we order in 2013 and get the kit early in January 2014 or earlier you must have renewed your membership prior to receiving the 2014 kit…
… so why not be an “early bird” and get the renewal off of your “to do” list right now? Just a thought…
